Consumers can contact the department with questions and complaints about their auto and home insurance. If you do not receive the service you expect from your insurer, you can file a complaint directly with the Department of Insurance. The state of Pennsylvania does not share complaint information about insurance companies for consumers to use in selecting their insurer.
