If I could give less than one star I would. My car was parked. I was not in car. I found damage to the rear of my car when I came back. Plymouth Rock is telling me I backed into something trying to avoid surcharges. The damage amounted to approximately $3000.00 on a $90,000 car. After 3 adjusters a forensic team and 2 months of investigation later - which probably cost more then the actual repairs they did cut a check and then told repair shop not to cash- then told me there were several "internal mistakes" made by the Plymouth Rock office. Very strange - they should be investigated. I pay my premiums on all my cars on this policy in full when I get the bill. Stay away. See you in court Plymouth Rock

Plymouth Rock has been my car insurance provider for years. Recently I bought a home so added home insurance coverage. Plymouth Rock has been a really good insurance company for me.

There's a serious need for reliable information on how insurance companies perform when consumers need them most. Consumer reviews don't satisfy this need because most reviews are written by people that haven't filed a claim at all, haven't filed a large claim or were paid by the company wanting the review.
