I have been with Amica since 1980 and have had nothing but positive experiences dealing with the company. From new policies to policy changes to claims I have always found representatives to be knowledgeable and helpful and responsive. I have dealt with the company in both NH and Florida and they even have people licensed in both places which was very helpful. Pricing seems competitive though admittedly they have never given me a reason to consider changing.
There's a serious need for reliable information on how insurance companies perform when consumers need them most.
