I was in a crash with one of aspires insured who admitted fault on September 23 2023. My car was totaled and I was given Adriana Martinez as a claim adjuster and for the last 8 months she has never contacted me. When I call her extension 9/10 times it would go to voicemail and she would never respond to my voicemails or emails. My insurance paid me out for the totaled car but I had to spend out of pocket for a rental car and I missed work due to severe whiplash. Aspire is supposed to reimburse me for the rental car expenses and lost wages and my insurance company for the totaled car value. Adriana continues to say that she has tried to contact my insurance company USAA but nobody answers yet whenever I call I get someone right away. USAA has also sent countless emails and tried to call her many times and has sent me confirmations that the emails have sent and that when they called her it went to voicemail, but Adriana keeps denying she got any emails or calls. This has been going on for almost 9 months and Aspire is still dragging this out. I will be filing a complaint with the California Insurance Commission soon if Aspire will not reimburse me for my losses.

Aspire General California does NOT pay claims in a timely manner. It has been two months since my accident. Their client is 100% responsible. They are hard to contact. I have left numerous messages. If one of their clients run into you expect them to not take care of the property damage. Not recommended. And they insure Nevada residents for cheap. Their insurance is supposed to be for California residents? But they like taking the money not doing the right thing
